Do You Get Sick Of Hearing About It?

Let me forewarn you before you read this, this post may seem negative, but I'm really not trying to be.....
A question popped into my head the other day and I wanted to ask you guys.

One colleague asked me how the diet is going anyway. (I don't think she was hinting, just assuming I was Atkins-ing like almost everyone else where we work.) My earnest and spontaneous response was this. "Dieting? Me?? Never! That's how I got this way!" And that's the truth. Whenever I try to diet in any way, I immediately begin the struggle that ultimately leads to bingeing. Now I'm just trying to keep portions reasonable and keep avoiding most junk ... and move more! If I can do that consistently, I'll be VERY happy. At least until others notice and start asking. Then your can of worms will have been opened where I live too. Boy, will I need you ladies all the more then!!!
I'm pulling for you, Relydria. Don't need to know how you're working it or every detail. Just want health and joy for you.
Thanks for raising this question,
Maya
