1. in parts... kind of foggy... but I do have this picture of someone a bit more energetic, and can imagine feeling more flexible.
2. Last year I was having a difficult time before the summer, having to see old family and friends that had I had not seen in a long time, and was nervous about the short/swimsuit thing.
3. To celebrate I usually try to buy nice smelly shampoos. Also, new toothbrushes? I love new toothbrushes.
4. Greek salad rocks.
5. Jasmine tea. Every day.
SIDEBAR FRIDAY BLAH BLAH:
Am very excited... just moved out of my apartment that I have lived in for 2 1/2 years (WORK!!!) packed everything up into 3 suitcases and am living with friends for my last week or so! so liberating to just get rid of all my things. Right now I am staying in my studio until my graduation and the big move back to Canada so, might not be around for a while, and no scale even! My boyfriend is coming with me to live in Canada for a year and hasn't met most of my family, so I am very excited/nervous to see how the meet and greet goes (he is from Venice and I have met all of his familgia). Also, feeling writing "my story" thread was also very liberating, to have an objective veiwpoint of the whole weight loss process. They are very touching to read and so nice to know people who are not necessarily just the before and after but the in-between. Hope everyone enjoys warm weather outside and has relaxing weekend holidays!!!

~I was at my heaviest a year ago.I was miserable.I could feel the rolls on my body every time I sat down,heck...even when I was standing.I didn't fit into any of my shorts and I was not about to buy any.I didn't enjoy myself on our camping trip and felt so uncomfortable.~
3.What are things you do to celebrate your successes?
~Go shopping =)Usually for scented candles or something for the house.~

~brussel sprouts,fresh fruits and veggies(raw),and salmon.~
5.Besides water, what else do you drink alot?
~Lately diet pop...need to cut back again.Crystal lite is yummy too.~

I used to get out of breath climbing just one flight of stairs. Now I park on the third floor of our parking garage at work and have no problem with the stairs. I was also at my highest weight of around 250 then.
3. What are things you do to celebrate your successes?
I jump up and down after getting off the scale lol! No, really, I usually buy some new clothes.
4. What your favorite healthy food?
I love salmon (that seems to be a popular one lol) and broccoli!
5. Besides water, what else do you drink alot?
I drink diet coke, but I've been slowly replacing the diet coke for water. Before I used to have at least 2 diet cokes a day, and now I'll probably have 2 a week.
Thinner than I am now. Hopefully with a boyfriend of some sort.
2. Where were you one year ago?
At a company I despised and believe it or not, a bit thinner than I am now.
3. What are things you do to celebrate your successes?
Pedicure and manicure baby!
4. What your favorite healthy food?
Plain non-fat yogurt with crushed pineapple and a sprinkle of something crunchy.
5. Besides water, what else do you drink alot?
Diet Coke with lime (love it), flavored seltzer or crystal light iced tea (although I do love my beer...low carb Aspen Edge doesn't suck but it aint' no Bud!)

>> Diet soda. Lots of diet soda. Now that it's summer, I drink a 2L a day (Now I'm a hopped-up computer nerd).
