So, I'm guessing if you want to be X pounds, you need to consume X calories a day.
190 - 2280
180 - 2160
170 - 2040
160 - 1920
150 - 1800
140 - 1680
130 - 1560
120 - 1440
110 - 1320
This would explain why I'm still losing weight, because when she made this diet for me, it was still under the assumption I should weigh 135 pounds for my height. At the next appointment she decided that even though it was a weight over my range, it would be reasonable for me to weigh 155 pounds, and not to go below 150. Well, I am eating the amount of food that has me eating for the 110-130 pound category. ??? (Insert surprised/confused Scooby-Doo noise here)???
Anybody confused yet ?
I just thought this might be a helpful (?) guide in case some of you are wondering what you caloric intake should be - it goes along with the theory 'Eat like you are already at the weight you WANT to be.' All though this theory does not take into consideration activity level, BMI (a total crock anyway)and type of foods consumed. Figures.
Everyone have a great Monday, and for those of you who have it off, go stick a sock in it ! Hee hee.

Since I'm just starting this whole business, I was wondering what I "should" be taking in. I had no idea.
I'm counting calories now, just to see how much my "way of working" is going to cause me to take in . . . .then once I have a good handle on it all, I'm gonna stop - this counting business totally sucks!
Thanks !
