Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for the positive words and making me feel welcome. This morning went out and reactivated my gym membership. I also went for a short walk when i got home. While i was walking i was trying to figure out the best way to get started on my exercise schedule and i drew a blank.

Any suggestions? I'm looking to do cardio, and weight trainning, that's what i did last time and the pounds flew off. Anyone have a programm they ollow that works?
