Ok most people probably dont like to exercise, like me, but its become a very important part of this journey for me.

A great "at home" weight for lifting weights is doing arm curls with your bottle of laundry detergent. . . . at least, if it's not HUGE ! LOL

Lay down while watching TV and do leg lifts - all varities. Might as well . . you're not doing anything else.

That's about all I have that wasn't already mentioned.

How about, just doing anything that's fun! Life should be fun, after all. Here are a few ideas:

1. Join something: a walking group, even a birdwatching Saturday group, or some "class" at your local community center. Mine has "classes" in everything from Archery to line dancing, to ballroom classes. Just get out there, and get active.

2. WALK to the grocery store, the cleaners, whatever errands you need to do....if the businesses are within reasonable "walking distance" of home.

3. And obviously, go out of your way to take the stairs!

4. And my fav....be a tourist in your own hometown. Get out there and do all the things tourists do when they visit your town.....the beach, putt-putt, or real golf, go to the zoo or the science center.....just get out there and enjoy where you live.

I really should walk more. I feel guilty because this week I've driven to the gym (1km from house) and to a student's house, who lives so close I can see her house from my bedroom window. :P

i like swimming,crunches,walking,lifting weights

tapes i like are:

tae bo basic-kicks butt 20 min,i am all sweaty and panting towards end..lol

tae boxing-2 workout 20 min/25 min. kicks butt, i usually do both with a break between em

Denise Austin fat burning workout 2 workouts 1-has some dancing..lol..2-uses weights

buns of steel basic 30 min. butt and legs can 'feel' it

Dynamite legs 30 min all about legs you can 'feel'it

when i went to the gym i like doing the cross ramp+cross trainer and the weight machines
