Make it burn! Exercise ideas inside

Ok most people probably dont like to exercise, like me, but its become a very important part of this journey for me.

Lay down while watching TV and do leg lifts - all varities. Might as well . . you're not doing anything else.
That's about all I have that wasn't already mentioned.

1. Join something: a walking group, even a birdwatching Saturday group, or some "class" at your local community center. Mine has "classes" in everything from Archery to line dancing, to ballroom classes. Just get out there, and get active.
2. WALK to the grocery store, the cleaners, whatever errands you need to do....if the businesses are within reasonable "walking distance" of home.
3. And obviously, go out of your way to take the stairs!
4. And my fav....be a tourist in your own hometown. Get out there and do all the things tourists do when they visit your town.....the beach, putt-putt, or real golf, go to the zoo or the science center.....just get out there and enjoy where you live.
