OK, guess I'll start.

I'm CHRISTY, and I live in HURST, TX . . which is smack dab in the middle of Ft. Worth and Dallas. We're actually still getting rain here in TX in JULY, no less ! I can't believe it. Where's the yearly drought ? Guess I shouldn't say that, Huh ? *Smack*

Umm, I just started my *new routine* today - starting out at 226 lbs. Wanting to get down to 150, and I'm working out to Kathy Smith's Weight Loss Video - which is 60 minutes of Aerobics and weights. I plan to work out Wed, Fri, Sun, Tue each week.

I DID work out today, and feel good about it.. . . although it almost kicked my butt !

I'm not on any particular diet - just changing eating habits to a good healthy diet.

Ummm, I'm married and have 1 child (8 yrs - boy) . . . and we are currently trying to conceive our 2nd !!!!! Wish us LUCK !

I walk a lot, and play DDR daily. :-)


I want to have a baby, and if I can't get pregnant it'd be nice to be healthy anyway.


I'm 26, married to my darling hubby Rob (been together 5 years), I am "Mom" to his two children from his first marriage, and they live with us full time.

I'm Brenda from Kansas. Stats 290/273/135

I am following my own plan of reduced portions, with exercise and lots of water.

My biggest reason for losing weight-Well that's a hard one. I don't really know. Except maybe, I am tired of being fat and tired.

Don't have any great advice for anyone. I seem to be stuck on a plateau right now.

As for exercise...well yesterday it was Walk away the Pounds and today it was hand to mouth hand to mouth all day long lol

Here I am a day late and a dollar short, again! Oh, poo, here goes anyway..........

Diet: I'm basically going low-cal,low-fat,low-carb. I eat mostly veggies and lean protein.

Exercise: I do cardio and weight training at the gym twice a week. On the weekends I walk a few miles with my husband and daughter.

Reason for losing weight: I'd like to feel better physically. I'd also like to feel more comfortable in my own skin.

What diet are you following, if any? ~My own...Pretty much counting calories and watching portion size.Oh and making sure I get a good variety of foods.~

What exercise regimen are you currently doing? ~Swimming,yoga,and walking~

What's your biggest reason for losing weight? ~To feel better both inside and out,healthwise~

What diet are you following, if any? no diet just changed/changing my bad habits

What exercise regimen are you currently doing? lately has been swimming because of the great weather but also walk,do workout videos(faves now are tae bo,tae boxing,denise austin fat burning blast),lift arm weights,do crunches.

What's your biggest reason for losing weight? to be a hottie again..LOL..actually to feel better bout myself

Anything else that could be helpful to others???..remember what works for one person isn't going to work for others. You have to find what works for you =)

My name's Rely from Michigan.......25 years old and hearing the clock ticking lol (Stats are depressing currently lol, and shall be avoided for the moment)


I'm doing Atkins (or trying to), I've been bad for a bit now......getting myself re-motivated is super tough, well at least staying motivated is....


The biggest reason for my losing weight is to try and help my self-esteem.
