Can anyone tell me if they had any alarming signs in their body as their weight ascended into the higher numbers? I mean, symptoms, pains, chronic problems? I'm feeling kinda out there........

Yes, it will! I went to see an orthopedic surgeon, who opted not to do surgery for my torn cartilage, but I went to physical therapy, and have also been doing knee strengthenig stuff recommended by Spammy. I got a cheapo rubber ball at Walmart (the bright colored inflated ones for kids, and any one between 6" to 12' will work)and I sit on the edge of the bed or chair and with the ball between my knees, squeeze it to death for a while. When you get down towrds One-derland, knees feel better. I do suggest to keep active, but don't overdo it with the knees, and for sore knees, ice them and take a pain reliever of your choice after activity that will set them off. Recumbent bikes, swimming, walking, ball smooshing are all good fer dee knees!

Hang in there!

Other than all the symptoms that everyone discribed the worst one of all is horrible guilt that you feel everytime you eat something that is not on plan. You know you are gaining and that you really need to get it together and it's like you have no control and you eat the bad stuff anyway and then wonder why and then feel guilty.! :-)Stephanie 280/225/170
