I weighed in this morning, lost 3 pounds. I am very glad. But I also know that it's easy to lose the first week so I'll have to be diligent to keep losing.
Some things I've shared on other boards today:
I was pleasantly surprised to see that Ruby Tuesdays restaurant now puts nutritional info next to all menu items on their menu! That sure is handy!
A GREAT site to go to for nutritional info is http://www.CalorieKing.com. It has a HUGE database of nutritional info for foods and restaurants and fast foods, all free. Easily searchable. And if u have a palm pilot, for a small price you can get a palm pilot version of their database which is SO nice to have (if u have a palm pilot).
Going away for the weekend, but will be able to get online while travelling.
