5,000,000 tons of this consumed each year?

First thought with the hint was sperm, but I think I'll go with Tylenol.

Ahhh...I love this risque stuff.

Well, I immediately discounted "sperm" as the answer, because that would imply that there was a great deal of copulation occuring. Sadly, from informal discussions with many of my male friends (single and married), I know this is not happening. Besides, wouldn't the amount be expressed in liquid measure (gallons) instead of weight (pounds, tons)?

Anyway, it's time for my 3 questions...

What was the first talking film (movie) and what year was it released?

"The Simpsons" was a cartoon short in what television show before getting spun off into its own series?

What classic rock band took its name from two obscure Florida blues musicians?

Since I'm a Craig Kilborn/Five Questions freak, here are two more:

In what comic book is the first appearance of Spider-Man found?

Which came first: The Internet or the Compact Disc?

I think the first talking film was a Charlie Chaplin film wasn't it?

And I think the SImpson's started on Saturday Night Live or one of those comedy shows.
