Hello Everyone

My name is Christina and I don't have 100 lbs to loose but I am setting a goal at 80 lbs to loose.

I have been on the South Beach Diet since January, on and off and on again, as well as off, but I have managed to loose 12 lbs so far.

Although, I love the ladies on the SBD board, I would like to join yours.

I would like to know what everyone does. Meal plan? What kind of execise if any? Which vitamins are you taking? Stuff like that.

Hi Chistina, welcome to the board.

I am doing a local weight loss centre program, that is basically low fat, low carb(don't have to count them though) and high protien. As for vitamins, I take a cal-mag, a fatty acid, a B-complex and an Iron free Multi. Exercise wise, I try to walk when I can, but I must admit I lack in this area and will have to work on it if I expect to continue to loose.

Welcome, Christina! Congrats on the loss so far. I'm not doing any structured plan, I'm just trying to make healthier food choices, watch my portions, exercise and drink water. As far as vitamins, I take a multi vitamin along with a calcium supplement and a vitamin E supplement (I read somewhere that you should really get more vitamin E than what's in the multi vitamin so I've decided to take that as well). Hope to see you around the boards :)
