i suck..i haven't exercised in a few weeks except for swimming a little, i was exercising at least 5 days a week but lately i just spend my days sunbathing/swimming/talking then get home and clean a bit or just relax. Just been feeling drained don't know if it's from spending days outside or what but i know i need to be exercising to be losing. Well it's a new week tomorrow so i'll get off my butt and start back doing my tapes. You'd think that seeing my weight logg and how i haven't lost anything this month that it'd motivate me but it hasn't here i am online..lol..no one to blame but me. Anyhow hope everyone else is doing better than me

Hi,

As I said in another post, I don't use tapes either. There's nothing wrong with that. And swimming can be very good exercise. I enjoy that too. It has to be enjoyable, or most people wouldn't stick with a given *exercise* for very long. Why not just do whatever you enjoy doing most? If it's swimming, then have fun swimming. If it's tapes, well then do that. But life has got to be fun, and that includes exercise.

Hi Shawna =) well i've been busy but not active i'll be going back to work soon so that'll be a workout in itself..lol..and dd will be starting school full time.

Just wish i was losing, haven't gotten on scale since last weekend so hopefully there'll be a loss not betting on it though. I have been going out and stocking up on smaller clothes..LMAO..i got a bunch of jeans in sz 20,18,16,14

i enjoy doing the tapes, which is why i feel 'bad' for not doing it lately.I agree swimming is good exercise but half the time it's just laying on a floatie and swimming a lil not laps like i need to do to be losing,

I agree you have to find a 'exercise' that you like be it tapes,the gym,walks,swimming,classes,machines,dancing,just being more active.
