1. What are you goals for this week? Is it to exercise more? Eat better? Less cheating? To feel marvelous at a dinner party?

I really need to concentrate on exercising more. I've been slacking in that area and I really need to work on that.

2. Do you fix a seperate meal for yourself at dinner time or does everyone eat the same thing? What dish do you mix the most?

It's just me and DH, and he's trying to eat healthier also so we just cook one meal for the both of us.

3. What time of the day do you eat your meals?

Breakfast around 6:30, lunch 12:30 and dinner around 7:00. And healthy snacks in between.

4. What is your favorite movie?

I don't know that I have a favorite, but I liked Ghost and Pretty Woman (yes, I guess I'm still stuck in the 80's lol!)

5. What book are you reading right now?

I just started reading "Life is Hard, Food is Easy: The 5 Step Plan to Overcome Emotional Eating and Lose Weight on Any Diet" (boy, that was a mouthful lol) by Linda Spangle.

1. I've not been doning very well at my plan. My goal is to get back on plan fully.

2. No, I eat what they eat, but less of it. i try to add a veggie to mine. I don't miss anything I just don't get to eat as much of it as I would like.

3.I eat breakfast about an 1 hour after I get up. ( that has been a really hard adjustment. I am not a breakfast eater) We eat at noon (Husband is real anal about eating times.) I have a snack around 3pm. and we eat supper at 7pm.

4. I have two, well three. A Walk in the Clouds, American President, and Pretty Woman.

5. I am still reading The fat Girls guide to life. I took a break from it to read the newest from James Patterson "Sam's letter to Jennifer". ( I borrow it from the library so I had to read it in a hurry. I took one day. It was an amazing book!)

Hi, I'm Stephanie, new to the board, 25 yo, married, 5'3", currently 265; I am in RI.

I have not started a program yet (any suggestions? I've had good luck with WW).

I think my goal for this week is to exercise more than I do running around for work.

I usually eat alone; my husband works crazy hours. I always eat breakfast, but I rarely have lunch because my job is so crazy, and I eat dinner anywhere from 5pm to 7pm.

My favorite movie...hmmm. I like to watch The Wedding Singer if I am feeling down. Any movie that makes me laugh is okay in my book!

Book? Anyone have any suggestions?

* Eat less carbs, cut out the bread, and start journaling my food intake again.

2. Do you fix a seperate meal for yourself at dinner time or does everyone eat the same thing? What dish do you mix the most?

* Yes, but if we are both eating at home, we eat the same thing.

3. What time of the day do you eat your meals?

* Depends on my shedule. I basically eat 24 hours a day around the clock depending

on the schedule. Breakfast could be at 8:30 am for a month, noon, or 3am.

4. What is your favorite movie?

* A toss up between the Abyss, Matrix, Black Stallion... I can't decide!

5. What book are you reading right now?

* Complete Idiot's Guide to Paganism. After that, Buckland's Complete Guide to

Witchcraft. It's huge.

>> To exercise more and eat better. I have been atrocious this summer.

>> Well, since I'm only cooking for myself, I'll either nuke something, or make something big and divide it up.

3. What time of the day do you eat your meals?

>> When I get to work (7:30-8), Lunch is around Noon, and supper is whenever I get a chance.

4. What is your favorite movie?

>> Right now, it's Spider-Man 2. But all time, The Empire Strikes Back.

5. What book are you reading right now?

>> The Putting Bible by Dave Pelz

1. Get to the gym four times. I only went once last week.

2. Well, I live alone, so this doesn't really apply. I'm really hooked on Lean Cuisine's Four Cheese pizzas. They have 380 calories and are really tasty. Plus, they're very convenient.

3. I eat breakfast anywhere between 7:30 and 8 (depending on whether I eat at home or at work). I eat lunch at noon, have a light snack at five (so I can work out), and then eat dinner around 8.

5. I'm not reading a book right now. I haven't had the time to get to the library the past couple of weekends.

Oh...oh ...oh ...oh I'm here!! I'm here!!

My name is Lisa, I'm 33 years old and live in Alberta, Canada. My current weight is 235 lbs at a height of almost 5'8". The program I'm following is just to eat well (with no snacking and junk/processed food) and exercise more.

1. My goals for the week are to give up coffee (and BELIEVE ME it's a challenge) and sugar (but I only have it in my coffee so one goes with the other). Oh and as for exercise, I've promised to walk back and forth to work (30 minutes each way)every day (some days I cheat and take the train...bad girl).

2. Sadly, I live alone...so I guess that means I make a seperate meal. I have a thing for Greek salads so I tend to make a lot of those in the summer. If I don't actually prepare a meal I end up grazing.

3. I'm up at 6 in the morning so breakfast is 6:30 a.m., lunch 12:30 p.m. and dinner is around 6:00 p.m.ish.

4. Favourite movie...tough one...it varies dramatically depending on my mood...but given my mood today - "Sliding Doors"

5. I'm reading 'Boudica' right now...just finished 'Curious Incident of the Dog at Nighttime' - excellent book.

Since I don't post a lot I thought I would get in on this one.

Stephanie, 280/225/170 Ohio and 52. Been doing Atkins with no luck latety.

Now that Weds and Thurs are my last days of my second job, ( I quit,I quit) I'm thinking I will have time now to get in some exercise!!

We all eat the same thing, I just pass on the potatoes etc.

Breakfast around 645, lunch noon and dinner 6-8
