For those that dont know, a NSV is a "Non scale victory"

My victory this week was two nights ago, I went out for a while and picked up a regular coke as a treat.

I haven't touched a real Coke for over a year so you'd never worry about me stealing your soft drinks, fast food, or chocolate.

Well, I managed to redeem myself from the whole stupid donut incident (I ate Princess Bitchy Cow Knickers)and was very good yesterday, despite the fact that Kyle made dinner and it was low carb, but high fat. Hey, he rarely cooks, but is good at it, so I made the concesion.

My NSV was in the form of grocery shopping yesterday. I came home with all the right stuff for me, AND managed to actually get Kyle things he will eat as well. I got him a dozen Double Dutch choc. muffins...but if I can't see them, I won't eat them. I hope.

I have started mt daily food diary/chart thingy again, because I swear that helps.

Good for you, Shawna!

I guess I had an NSV yesterday. I went for my usual walk at lunchtime, and there's one part of the walk that has a hill. I got to the top of the hill and I usually turn right at the intersection, which is flat so I'm done with the hills. Well, instead of turning right, I kept going straight which was an even bigger hill. It felt so good when I got to the top of the second hill. I think that will be my new route when I go walking at lunchtime now.
