Hi everyone, I'm new here and just starting out on changing my lifestyle to be healthier, happier, and have a longer life. I am 24 from north Iowa, and hoping to lose around 120 pounds - a long road is ahead. I have been reading Jorge Cruise's 8 Minutes in the Morning Real Shapes Real Sizes, and am just starting the fitness/diet program this week. I'm so glad to see how many other people are here to talk to. I can't wait to share in everyone's success including my own!! Have a great day everyone!

I just received the same program (Jorge Cruise's 8MM) yesterday! I'm planning to start the exercise program on Monday! I have a lot of weight to lose too, so maybe we can support each other with this. I have to read more about how the program works, but I am looking forward to beginning it soon. Did you start the program already? How do you like it?
