This is totally off EVERYONE's diet, but one of the best soups in the WORLD is Chili's chicken enchilada soup.

I like homemade butternut squash soup. It's very easy to make, only takes 30 minutes or so.

I love french onion soup. Not a good soup to have when you're trying to lose weight, though!

My favorite is Campbell's Select Italian Wedding soup. It is so good, I even like to add more spinach to it. I love to order black bean soup when I go out. Yum. During the winter, I eat soup almost every day for lunch. The Campbell's Soup At Hand flavors are good too.

I don't usually eat soup in the summertime...too hot outside. But if I do, it has to be one of the cold ones like gazpacho or maybe carrot-ginger, and always homemade. I never eat stuff in a can or box anymore. I don't want the prepared products inside this temple.

Tomato Garden is my favorite canned soup!! Unfortunately none of the grocery stores where I live carry it anymore. Glad to hear Campbell's is still making it. I've thought about trying to "duplicate" it by making it from scratch.

My other favorite soup, that is very popular in MN, is Creamy Chicken Wild Rice. I'm sure it's loaded with tons of calories.

BTW, a big THANK YOU to all of you for your hugs on my first post last night. Hugs back to all of you!

French Onion all the way!!!

Yeah, it's sinful, but it's sooooooo gooooooooood.

Especially when it in one of those little crocks with a slice of day old bread capping it, and melted cheese piled on. Just poke thru, and all the steam comes out...

Does great wonders for the breath...
