Anyone here know about Thai food? I don't eat out much, as you probably know. But the other day I did, and had a wonderful meal at a Thai restaurant which has won all kinds of awards here.

Now the question is damage, if any. Does anyone know how many calories and fat grams in Pha-Naeng Neua? It came as beef or chicken curry in coconut milk with sticky rice on the side. I ordered chicken.

Thanks,

Forte

One of my nutrition books from college listed it as 340 calories per serving and 6 grams of fat. What is considered 1 serving they failed to disclosed. ;)

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate that you looked it up in one of your books. I figured, it was probably higher, since it was curry with coconut milk. After posting, I found some websites which indicated Thai food was generally very good for dieters, except to stay away from peanut sauces, coconut milk, and curry--and I had done 2 out of 3!

Anyway, it was outrageously delicious and all the more so if a serving had only 340 calories and 6 grams fat!!!
