I saw in on of your poss you have hamstring trouble when you wake up. Try doing leg stretches before bed (warm your muscles up for about 5 minutes before you stretch with som light walking around the house). Hold each stretch for 30 seconds if you can, and emphasize the ham strings. If that doesn't help, try an Icy Hot sticky bandage on both legs. I pulled a hamstring last week and both of these techniques helped me not to walk around like Frankenteins all week. ;) As you continue to lose weight, the pain will probably lessen or go away. ;)
