I just finished working out with a low-impact aerobics video. I usually try to do this 3 times a week. On Monday, I'm going to try doing 8 Minutes in the Morning. We'll see how it goes. LOL
I ran a WHOLE MILE nonstop for the very first time on Saturday...took me 12 minutes and 10 seconds. I would eventually like to be under 10 minutes, but 12:10 is still a huge improvement over my previous personal best of 12:35!
Today (Sunday) I ran outside for the first time ever...was not very successful.
I got a new Firm video and tried it out Saturday. It takes a while just to learn all the moves! So I only did half the tape, but I did some of the sections two or three times just so I could learn the moves. Today I did my old standby Firm tape that I know by heart. But instead of doing all the beginner moves, I'm starting to do some of the more advanced moves so that makes me feel good!
