How much fiber should we be getting each day?

I buy Milton's Whole Grain bread (5g of fiber a slice!) at Safeway. And your mom's right--it's really good.

AHA! There IS someone else out there besides me who eats flax seeds with yogurt! I knew it!

And flax seeds on toast with PB.

And flax in lentil soup.

And I think that's it. Don't EVER cook it. *PUKE*

No special brand. I just read the labels, and make sure it's whole grain. But I really don't buy much bread, and try to stay away from processed food. I have a breadmaker, if I really want bread. And it's no trouble at all. Just "set it and forget it" as they say! And then come home to nice warm, really fresh bread that I technically made myself (even though the machine did the work).
