I read Shawnas post and I am glad you are feeling a little better ;)...
I have been on Weight Watchers for 4 months now and have lost every week except for last, at least I maintained. However the longer I went the more hungry I got, I have been going to the gym 6 days a week for about 2 hours an evening sometimes longer, either running or doing at least an hour & a half of cardio.
I was talking to my trainer, he said to bulk up on "other" things rather than a WW meal or something quick. I went to the grocery store and bought some tuna and stuff like that. I made my tuna with FF Miracle Whip, light salad dressing, and mustard on can of it and all the fixings, with a celery stick with some peanut butter on it was only 6.5 pts. A Lean Cuisine or A WW meal are sometimes 7 pts, and a lot less filling.
It really filled me up and it was much better for me.
So I am trying much harder this week to change things up and really work at it.
AS far as the gym goes, I was used to using the Precore (a non impact cardio machine) for 40 mins and not doing much resistance, I started a Weight Loss program on that machine and it moves me between a low resistance and a higher one. Its tough but I bet it will help.
Have a good week all. !
