Also do we do a weekly weigh in here (and post it somewhere down the board)?
I just got a pedometer and I'm waiting on my Walk Away the Pounds videos (I ordered 6) - excessive? maybe? *blush*
It's also a nice week this week (not too hot) and my girls and I are going to start walking again. (I don't walk when its too hot because my redhead over heats like crazy and I don't bring the baby out in too much sun.) Tonight we are also going shopping and I plan on doing a few laps in the store before we actually start shopping - and I'm buying a scale - but only to weigh myself ONCE a week - I hope I can stick to that.
I can't exactly change my "diet" because I am still breastfeeding but my exercise habits I can definately change. But I think we may be soon done with breastfeeding.
I know I said I'd try to post (and I am now) but it's hard for me to start feeling comfortable on the boards right away (like people have their little "groups" and I don't belong, silly I know).

Im sorry that you feel you dont belong Elise :/
I'm sorry that you don'g feel comfortable posting on the boards yet. I know what you mean about it feeling a little awkward at first. I've been here about 7 months now, so I feel very comfortable now, but when I first joined, I wasn't always comfortable. Don't get me wrong, everyone was very welcoming, but I tend to be a shy person and I guess I just had to get to know everyone before I was comfortable. But feel free to jump in anytime!
I think all your other questions have been answered. And please feel free to post anytime you want or need to :)

I'm pretty sure that the second weight is your current weight and the thrird one is your goal weight. I hope that you will begin to feel more comfy on the boards because we seem to have some things in common. I have started with walk away the pounds tapes too, but i only have three and i'm still breast feeding too. I don't know what kind of eating plan you are following, I'm personally doing weight watchers and adding 10 points extra per day for the breast feeding. Whatever you decide to do keep on posting. I saw on The View thta dieters that have on-line support are more likely to stick with it and have success.

Don't get me wrong on this - I have been very welcomed here and I loved it- its just I need to find my own little "thing". I use to post a lot on the ttc board and the "are you pregnant" board a long while ago and got into a groove there. Heck I loved the chats here too (when they were open chats).
I just know I need to wade in instead of jumping in right away. I don't know about losing any yet because of the whole "I need to buy a scale" thing - but in a few hrs I will have one. :)

p.s. I hope you all enjoy stupid woman/mom humor - my husband doesn't lol

Hey Elise,
It's good to see you post again! I just ordered Walk Away the Pounds video. Hopefully, it will come soon so that I can get started with it. I love having a variety of exercise tapes, and I heard that WAP was a good one.
