Well I just finished my first week on weight watchers. It was quite a harrowing journey. The first three ddays I did very well and stayed OP, then I don't know what happened. I just started to want everyting there was to eat and I decided to eat it. I felt really bad, and started to think that I just wasn't ready for this. Anyway I didn't really keep track of anything for the remainder or the week but I did take notice of what I ate and tried to control my portions somewhat. Anyway when I weighed in I had actually lost 1.4lbs!. So, I'm not going to give up just yet.

Great job on losing the 1.4 - hey it's better than nothing or gaining!! It's hard to change habits, and starting a new program is tough. You definitely don't want to give up, I'm sure you'll do better in the coming weeks. Good luck - I'm sending you some of my positive vibes!!!

Congrats on the loss! I'm sorry your week wasn't as good as you'd have liked, but Shannon is right. It takes time to change habits. So don't give up! Good luck with your second week :)
