yeah thats right..I said boogity boo..so bite me!!!


So really I went to the girly dr today and she said do one thing at a time...start walkin around the block for about a week then make it 2..etc etc..ya knwo..same thing everyone else says...


Ya know I find it soooo funny that I know so much about nutrition and know pretty much every diet out there (have probably done it) but its so dang hard to STICK to something...someone want to buddy up with me ?


It has been almost a year since I started coming here and Ive lost 20 pounds then gained it back and lost another 10..so now at 275...AGAIN...blahhh I love ATKINS (please dont bash people) but I find it hard to stay on it..even though every freaking resturant including fast foods have a menu for low carbing .


I loved weight watchers too but it was too easy to cheat , I need something very structured and no access to any cheating KWIM ????

April, I know what you mean about knowing what to do, but having trouble doing it. I think most of us have that problem. That's why I hate when people oversimplify things and just say eat less and exercise more. It's like, duh? You don't think I know that?

I hope you find something that works for you. I've found that making small changes like your doctor suggested works for me, but like you said, you need more structure so that approach might not work for you. But think about it. It can't hurt to make a few small changes until you do find something that works for you. Good luck and we're here for you!
