You grab a can of green beans and hold them in your hand reach aboive your head and bend you're elbow REPEAT a gazillion times.

I have also found helpful the weighted medicine balls and and playing catch with someone heads up it hurts! But it works.

I go to Curves too, and this is what they suggest.

On the machine that you push up over your head, while your back is against the cushion ( don't remember what its called)......

Well, you turn around so that you are facing the back rest and push up that way.. I found it works.

The only arm toning I was doing until this week was lifting my fork from my plate to my mouth. Didn't work. The can idea is really good because my mom did that for awhile until she moved up to weights and she toned up nice. I am right now on 3lb. weights (BIG WOW!) and doing the Denise Austin hit the sport totally firm video (I know you all are sick of me talking about this satanic video and how it killed me on my first try) but in all honesty it seems like a good video and i really felt the burn in my arms. (That evil chic makes it look so easy! Gurrrrrr!) ^v^Christe
