A lot of you see me post in here that I am on WW. I am doing well so far and starting to hit some bumps in the road. I am 247 #'s. I have lost 46.5# so far. With another 80 to go at least.
I work out often (6 days per week) I am finding myself more hungry all the time which I think is due to all the exercise. However I am nervous about eating to my point range because I do not want to gain anything back.
I eat my daily points (28) or a little under each day. I dont add in my activity points one because I dont understand how to equate them and two because I fear eating too much.
This week I got on the scale at the gym after the weekend and had lost 3 #s ( My weigh ins are on thursdays) so I figured I was off to a good start this week. I got on last night I am back up to 247 the same as I was last week. This is frustrating to me. My period is this week so I can understand some water gain but 3 #s worth?
Also I feel this has started to consume my entire life. I go to the gym everynight and stress about what I am going to eat OR not eat all day.
I shy away from doing social things because I cant make a decent choice in a resturant.
Also I am living in MI and I am from TX, I moved here for my job which is total stress, and I have few friends here and little social life at all.
This is the one thing I feel I have control of, and I feel that I have to keep such a tight rein on it since I know how easily I slip.
What do I do? How do I let loose a little without falling off track completley?

I agree with what everyone else has said. Try to focus more on your overall health improvement and the inches you have lost. If your clothes are fitting more loosely on you, you are losing weight. You might also be building muscles, which weigh more than fat. It is just a matter of time that your loss will show up on the scale. In the meantime, try just weighing yourself only once a week, same time.
