I'm addicted to Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone (1 Mile with weighted balls... Hopefully, I'll get to the 2 Mile walk soon). If I don't do 1 mile at least once a day, I just don't feel right! Go figure! LOL ***Hugs***

I have been using Beach Body Power 90. Check out the website www.beachbody.com there is a spot on there that u just answer a couple of questions and it tells you the right program for you. I love it! it is expensive but worth it. I have also been using Walk away the pounds too.

Hi Rely,

I've been doing the Firm workouts. It takes some time to get all the moves down, but I love them. I always feel so energized and strong after I do the workouts. I hope you find something that you like :)

I'm at the beginner stage. At this point, any exercise is aerobic, so I'm concentrating on working with weights.

I switch off Kathy Smith's "Secrets of a Great Upper Body" and "Secrets of a Great Lower Body". The KS lower body one is too hard for me right now, so I substitute Richard Simmons' "Tonin' Downtown" which is a little easier. He's also go "Tonin' Uptown" which is a little easier than KS' "Upper Body".

I know people laugh at Richard, but I like seeing people on the video who are at my weight; it makes me think that I can do it too. The KS ones are filled with skinny in-shape people, but they show 3 different ways of doing each exercise (one easier than the standard and one harder). And they remind you a lot to work at your level.

I have a few others that I like to mix in there including a Jamaican dance one and a yoga one. I like the dancey ones, but the KS ones have made the most difference in the past. I hope to repeat that. In fact, I'm going to start logging my time on the Exercise post. Hopefully, it will inspire me to exercise regularly.

Hope (deferred)
