Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share this little article with you all. Some of you may have read me raving about my little pedometre and how much motivation it gives me...well it appears I'm not alone!

Honestly, it's single-handedly the best piece of 'fitness' equipment I ever bought for myself. It keeps me moving...I set my goal and move until I surpass it.

Cheers

Lisa

P.S. Not sure how I feel about McDonald's giving them away - seems to be a futile thing in my opinion to give them away there....sorry I never liked McD's.
