Mary, stress will make you not lose any weight, trust me. Shawna posted a great article here a few weeks back about when stress hormones are released, it can hamper weight loss. Take a deep breath, realize it's just a speed bump, drink extra water and watch those WW points. These things can and will happen but you are doing so well, please don't get to discouraged. You will make it, you will stepdance !
