(MUSIC) OHHH I'VE GOT A NEW ATTITUDE!!

Well, I now have a reason to get back on track! I tried on my graduation dress last night, and it was getting tight in the tummy and thighs and butt..SOOO I now have a goal to reach by Sept 24--graduation night! I must fit well into my dress. It's stretchy and its got to fit me loosely by then, or bust man! I am serious. I am looking at 10 lbs in a month, and I know I can do it! I even started today--I have eaten a lot better today than I have in the past--and in fact, I am gonna get off of here in a second and go watch Return of the Jedi(again teehee)and EXERCISE!!!

I totally agree. Time to kick some serious BUTT!! OUR OWN!!! In another post I was ranting about how I'd gained 5 pounds in the 2 weeks at my new job. I was just sick about it and the way I'd been eating everything that wasn't nailed down. So starting last Friday, I jumped back on the healthy eating wagon. As of this morning I was down 4 of the 5 pounds. I hope by tomorrow the 5th one is gone, as well. I know losing 5 pounds in 3 days is a lot, but it just made me realize how much crap I'd been eating and by not doing that for a few days, my body thanked me!! Geez, what had I been thinking??

Let's go girls!!

Count me in too, ladies!!!

I agree with you! I know that I feel better when I eat better. I was away for the weekend and I didn't eat healthy at all. It's almost September...a new month and a new start for me. Ladies (and gents, of course) let's have a serious September challenge, and let's follow through on it for the whole month. What do you think about it??? I loved the exercise challenge, but very few people were posting so that kind of fell to the wayside, but I do think that it would be great to have a challenge like that again for September. I think that a good challenge can help us stay focused on our goals and keep our minds on positive, instead of negative energies. Anyone else game?

OH MY GOD--that happened to me last week, and my mom found the evidence(empty wrapper) beside the xomputer, and she was all like "Uh-huh...you're still on your diet though..right?" and she giggled about it ....I was mortified lol but it helped me b/c she called me on it and I realized I cannot be doing that, but it doesn't help when you're mom and dad are slim people and they have a German candy jar in the kitchen, which makes me sick, I just try to forget it's there.
