Some tips from someone who's been there -

I never believed in wearing sunscreen, but if I'm outside alot during the early hours, I put it on.

I am a moisturizer fiend. Put it on still damp from the shower if you can.

Cocoa butter is really good for keeping moisture in.

Don't forget your lips - they have no natural protection, and as you age, the skin thins alot.

Exfolitae once a week, but don't try to grind off too many layers.

I wear ZERO makeup, so I have NO way to hide my skin, so I have to stay on top of this!

Use a retinol or alpha hydroxy cream at night. Ones I recommend are neutrogena's Anti Wrinkle cream, and a generis alpha hydroxy cream. (Not at the same time! You do not want Frankenface!)

When I had the facial on the cruise, she told me I had nice skin and that I should make sure I exfoliate once a week (if I remember correctly).

Sun screen is sooooo important.

If you ever get the opportunity to do one of those tests that show you the sun spots on your face, do it.
