1) What's the biggest obstacle to your fitness/health plan?
PMS, cakey things.
2) What's been the biggest acheivement fitness or health wise for you?
Losing over 100 pounds and keeping it off.
3) What are your goals for the near future health and fitness wise?
Get past current speed bump (got to 157, then had a PMS feeding frenzy on
Monday, back at 160...)

2) What's been the biggest acheivement fitness or health wise for you?-- *Im thinking* That I have lost 80 pounds?
3) What are your goals for the near future health and fitness wise?-- To reach goal sometime this lifetime.

1) What's the biggest obstacle to your fitness/health plan?
Willpower to stay on course and some recent health problems (that I'm probably using as an excuse)
2) What's been the biggest acheivement fitness or health wise for you?
None as of yet. Oh, actually have been on plan, again, since Monday of this week!
3) What are your goals for the near future health and fitness wise?
To just even lose enough weight to move around easier.

Lately a whole lot of stress eating.
2) What's been the biggest acheivement fitness or health wise for you?
Losing over 70 lbs.
3) What are your goals for the near future health and fitness wise?
Getting out of the 190's!!! I have been stuck there for too long.

1. Me and my mouth. I keep putting food in it.
2. Well at one time I weighed 296. Now I weigh 276.
3. Just to get the scale to start moving in the downward direction.

1. Me - eating snacks :P
2. Getting into regular exercise... not that I do anymore, but it was a big achievement at the time.
3. Goals... get back into exercising, and lose 30 lbs by January.
