and have achieved your weight loss goals like I have, or even if you’re in process of achieving your goals, I’d like to encourage you to help others fight the obesity epidemic by joining me and other SMD dieters in a charity walk on September 18, 2004.
For more information on the walk, please visit www.walkfromobesity.com. The walk is taking place in most major cities. I live in Boston and I’d love to go to the walk with a group of new friends.
Ever since I lost weight and started feeling great about myself for the first time ever, I’ve been committed to helping other people who currently suffer from weight problems. Anyone can e-mail me for support at any time. I’m not a guru of anything, but I am a woman who’s been there before and was able to rise above it.
Your Friend,
Janey

I am not familiar with this Janey Skoval person, but from your post to her you seem to be. Since I am willing to try just about anything to lose weight, I was wondering...
"How many supermodels can one safely have on this diet? I figure they're all pretty thin, so I was thinking that 2 or 3 a day should still keep me within the recommended guidelines. I would imagine they're fairly low in fat and carbs, but don't want anything to stringy. I don't know if they have much taste. Maybe they'd be better dipped in a little low cal Ranch dressing!!"
So, has anyone tried else tried this diet??? LOL!!!!!!!!

P.S. I'll take a couple of Kate Moss's and a Twiggy to go, PUH-LEEEEASE!!!!!!!!
