Help!! Support Buddy Needed!

Hi all,
I could really use some motivation right about now, ladies. I did well with exercise, and drinking water today. I ate a little better today also, but not as well as I wanted to. I could really use some help in this department. I would love to have someone to communicate with on a daily basis to share eating, drinking, and exercise experiences, challenges, successes, etc. for the day. If you're interested, and could use some support and encouragement yourself, please let me know. ***Hugs***

O.K. Here goes. This morning I had a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese...not the best choice, but I was craving carbs this morning. I also had 8 ounces of soy milk. For lunch, I will probably have chili with 1/2 cup of brown rice and some veggies. Dinner will probably be salmon. My exercise will be Walk Away the Pounds (1 mile) - which I try to do 5 times a week. I'll post again later to let you know how I did!
Oops! Forgot to drink my water. Hopefully, I will be able to drink 8 cups today. Talk to you later! ****Hugs****

I guess I've done okay today. DH and I went to a brunch where I filled my stomach but that is the only meal I've had today. Will probably go storm chasing for a little bit and grab something light this evening.
I usually don't execercise on the weekend. Typically go to hour long sessions of water aerobics Monday thru Thursday nights.
Feeling good today. I'm finding if I get up in the morning and take a shower and get ready like I do most mornings that I actually do something other than lounge around and get depressed.

You are doing an awesome job with your weight loss! You are an inspiration to me and many people on this board. I think Weight Watchers is a wonderful program. I joined Weight Watchers a while back, but I didn't stick with it the way I should have. I love your reward system! You are achieving your goals, and I think that is wonderful. I received your email! Starting tomorrow, I will also post in the evenings because I will be going back to work, so my posts will be more of a log instead of journal. Sounds like you had a good day yesterday! I'm a little curious about the storm chasing. Do you actually chase, track down hurricanes, etc. or was that a figure of speech? Talk to you soon! ***Hugs***

How was your day today?
I did okay until we got home this evening. We had subway for breakfast/lunch and then a roast beef sandwich on the way home from a day out and about. When we got home I started my laundry and then I cleaned the house. Vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms, and even vacuumed our stairs! I guess that counts as exercise?!?!?! Then I got bored and thought about the homemade cake my sister sent with us. No, no, no, couldn't stop at one piece, I had two (but they were smaller than I would normally cut.) Told my DH he better eat up that cake tomorrow or it might disappear.
We actually chase thunderstorms, sometime tornados. Too far north to see a hurricane (thoughts and prayers are with those dealing with the aftermath of all these hurricanes). My husband should have been a meteorologist, he loves the weather. So when there are storms, we go out and watch them. Never get too close to the tornadic ones though, always keep a safe distance.
First day of school tomorrow? Good luck. I really admire teachers, I don't have the patience. Hope your day goes well.
I'll be going to water aerobics and then meeting my husband for dinner while they do the draft for fantasy football. I'm hoping I get a chance to post or email you tomorrow.
