If I have a straw, I can POUND the water, to the point of too much. I have a one liter Aquafina bottle that I keep for a couple of weeks, and a trail bottle that hold a liter as well. At work I keep a gallon jug in the fridge, because we have spring water in our town, but the next town over where I work, is treated town water and I'd rather eat a dead cat than drink it.

I guzzle before a meal to fill up belly a bit, and at home, keep a ottle or glass with me everywhere.

Agreed! They can get NASTYDIRTYFILTHYINFESTED.

I have a trail bottle that can go thru the dishwasher, and my Aquafina bottle gets washed and dried and airs out every nite.

has anyone tried Fiji water ? It's very 'soft' and has bicarbonates in it..This will sound weird (but HELLO, it's ME) but Fiji is the WETTEST water I have ever had. I swear it just absorbs straight into the membrane in your mouth.

Try it,really. It's bizarre!

Guys, I don't want you to think I'm keeping the same water bottle for weeks w/o washing it or something.

Ive heard that about the bacteria Rely but glad that you are using a new bottle every few days. But I have heard of something different too. Some plastic water bottles break down over time and wasnt meant to be used over and over again. It all ties in with a symbol and/or number on the bottom of your water bottle.

And I also caught this tidbit of information a while back at the end of the news....but was it Dasani who was caught using regular tap water?

Go, woman, GO!!!!

Some places 9like gas stations) have it on the $$ side, but some places it's cheap. it is just the weirdest water(in a good way)I have ever had. Apparently because of the bicarbonate minerals in it, it's ionic particle charge is different...oh I'll shut up...

It IS yummy. I can't STAND Evian (Naive spelled backwards)because it tastes funny to me, and seems rather pretentious.

And what the heck is smart water? Do you eat it with Smart Food popcorn?

That's only distilled water. Distilled water CAN leach minerals out of your system, and it is good for flushing toxic metal buildup.

Not all bottled water is like that. If it truly comes from a spring source and is bottled there, ground water filtered through a natural sandstone or other aquifer has natural minerals in it.

CARBONATED bottled water can leach calcium out of your body. This obviously includes soda.

Let your doctor know !
