Walking Challenge Anyone?

I finally dusted off the treadmill and removed all the books that had been stored on top of it.
Tuesday - almost 2 miles
Wednesday - 1 mile
Thursday - 1 mile
I am going to aim for 1 mile every day for a few weeks and then slowly increase.
Anyone else wanna join me?

I'm in!
Come visit my page and say hi!But, here is a free bump!
I've walked already 3 times this week. Now if I can just continue. That is the hardest. Starting is easy for me it's following through that is hard.

Good for you for dusting off the bookshelf! I mean the treadmill!
I will star walking more now that fall is here and I don't wilt as easy.
Count me in *raises fin*
I usually do the 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape. Recently, I started posting my miles with WATP here at ivillage, but I could also post here too. All of us could use the support. ***Hugs***

I also have Leslie Sansone's WATP with weighted balls for the 1,2, and 3 miles walk. At this point, I am able to only complete the 1 mile walk. I absolutely love it! In fact, it's my favorite exercise video. Hopefully, one day soon I will be able to do the 2 mile walk. **Hugs***

After work, I changed clothes and went on a two mile hike at the Flume Gorge (if anyone has ever visited the White Mountains in NH, you might have been here). Now, almost anyone can do this(kids, old folks, people in flip-flops), although it includes LOTS of stairs, uphill, downhill..and takes on average an hour and fifteen minutes to do.
I did it in forty. I was HAULIN'. I walked fast and jogged about a third of the trail in different spots.
I'll let you know how I'm feeling tomorrow. Most likely sore...
