Name, age, state, weight stats and your weight loss program

1. What do you think is the most important aspect for YOUR weight loss? Some examples: counting calories/something else, drinking water, focusing on eating veggies, exercising....etc.

2. Its widely known that the majority of people who lose a weight put it back on so what are you planning to do to make sure that it doesnt happen to you?

For me, its planning ahead of time and staying away from restraunts. The rest falls into place when Im doing the first two things.

Well, Im already battling it. I got within 13 pounds of goal and started backwards. I am still trying to get my footing back. I have no idea what the key to keeping it off is.

Desiree…30...Ms…270... I am not currently on a program I am looking into different options because I am ready to get back on track… I know from the past low carb is not a good program for me… before I was on calorie counting

I think its all important my biggest goal and challenge would be my water consumption

Counting calories

1. What do you think is the most important aspect for YOUR weight loss? Some examples: counting calories/something else, drinking water, focusing on eating veggies, exercising....etc. ~~A little bit of everything.I try and get in more water then normal, eat fruits and veggies that I normally wouldn't and get more active.~~

2. Its widely known that the majority of people who lose a weight put it back on so what are you planning to do to make sure that it doesnt happen to you? ~~I lost weight back in highschool and kept it off for 5 years, might have been longer had I not gotten pregnant...so I think if I can get out of the vicious cycle of wanting to eat late, and eat the wrong foods...once the weight all comes off,it shouldn't be to hard to maintain that.~~

Some examples: counting calories/something else, drinking water, focusing on eating veggies, exercising....etc. I think not eating burgers would help a lot, and I think that, even though lately I haven;'t been eating a lot of food, but I'll do, like I did this morning, a brownie for bfast

2. Its widely known that the majority of people who lose a weight put it back on so what are you planning to do to make sure that it doesnt happen to you? it has been happening and i must make it stop...

oh man, I go out of town ONE weekend, and look at all the posts I have to keep up on! This is a little late, but I'll go ahead and through my 2 cents in! ;0)

I'm 22, live in "Nothing ever happens, but I love it anyway," Nebraska. I was 325, now I'm 305, and trying to get to 190. And I'm on the WW program!

1)The most important aspect I would have to say is definately trying to get my H2O and excercising in. I've gotten to the point where I like the way I eat, I just have to learn to take a step away from the Mt. Dew and a few steps closer to a gym. tee hee...lol.

2) The WW program has helped me a lot because I really don't think of it as a diet. It's a way to change your lifestyle. I'm still able to eat anything I want as long as I keep track of my pts. That way I don't have cravings and it's simple for me to bank some pts and splurge once in a while. That keeps me happy!

I'm still here. A day late and a dollar short, lol. 280/230/170 Ohio and am on the screw-it plan at the moment. I am going to Seattle 10/6 for 6 days. When I come back I am going on the Curves plan. I really need to do something positive and that is what I decided to do. Hubby said ok and it is a go. :-) Stephanie
