Hi Rely!

I am Tina; 25 years old (for another month - lol); Atlanta, GA...

I am trying to start back up. I never followed an official program before- just tried to "eat healthy." Well, that worked for the first 30 pounds (since I started in Jan), and then I got stuck. Then I encountered some lifestyle changes that posed more of a challenge for me (moving geographically, moving in with boyfriend, taking on more responsibility at work and church = STRESS!). I am now "program-shopping" if you will. I know that my willpower alone isn't enough to help me right now, so I need something. I am thinking about weight watchers, and I'll let you know for sure. Oh, I am also a huge fan of Jazzercise, where I go a few times a week but need to go more!!

I started Slim-fast, but I could never complete a full day without eatting something that wasn't on the plan. I was always so hungry. So, I'm going to just eat in moderation, what I want.

halo! i'm anna, i'm 22 and i live in michigan. my "plan" is watching portion size, counting calories, and keeping track of fat/carbs/protien to ensure i'm staying balanced. also, trying to exercise - walking (around campus) and riding my bike (esp. for errands around town). i've been at it a week, and so far, so good!
