you can't count 1/3 of them because they originated from the same three headed troll!

You can totally do it girl. I know you can quit and I so understand about the smokefest and computer thing. Ask Tina too. I have now been smokefree for 3+ weeks and Tina has 4 days under her belt :) So it can be done Melissa....you are right to focus on the weight after you kick the smoking habit. I think being smoke free is more important....

Keep us updated please! Feel free to email me when/if you need me for a quit smoking support buddy :) Here are a few tips I can offer you:

1. When your feeling overwhelmed, lock yourself in the bathroom and wail til you are feeling better. If your in the bathroom, then your not killing Tom and your not in your car getting cigs.

2. Keep small suckers to keep around. I have been sucking on tootsie roll pops. Carrots and dip is wonderful too.

3. Replace your habit with another, healthier habit.

4. *If* you mess up, then fess up....its nothing to be ashamed of :)

5. Stay away from bad situations if your not ready to handle it. It took a few days for me to trust myself around another smoker.
