Im talking about parts of your body. With all the exercising I was doing, I lost my butt and hips. I mean it was the first time in my life that my butt was actually small! Now that I have gained back 20 pounds, its all back again :) I like it back too! I want to keep my butt. My hips are still smaller than what they used to be when I was this weight the first time, but I dont want them to get like they were when I was 180 and exercising all the time. Do you think just regular walking will build my legs but help me keep my butt and hips? I wish I could actually target what I want to lose hehe

Well, you could try doing more "butt exercises"... lunges, squats, leg lifts (the ones where you're on your knees and raising a leg up behind you) to keep your butt built-up while slimming down elsewhere.

Other than that, no idea. You and I are having opposite problems here.. I want this enormous arse GONE lol.

Well that targets my butt and turns the fat into muscle. I dont want the muscular... slimmer butt I had before. Unfortunately, I dont really see a way to modify the exercising to where I wont be working that area. Walking is the only aerobic exercise that I can think of. Biking maybe?

A fitness instructor once told me that to shape your butt while you walk pretend you have a $100 bill between your "cheeks" and you need to squeeze them together and hold that bill in place or it will fall. By doing this you also work your abs more and keep your posture.

I'd also keep up with targeting the butt with various exercises.

Good luck!
