I take Centrum. They seem to have everything I need. I never heard of Vita Muffins.

I use springhill? prenatal vitamins from walmart. I think it is the only over the counter prenatal vitamin they carry. Even though I am way beyound child bearing these vitamins give me good nails and hair. They also have enough iron to keep me from being anemic. Haven't even heard of Vita muffins. Sorry. I guess the dbl choc. Vita Muffin kicks ass. It's under 100 calories I hear and supposed to be super yummy, they sell them at Whole Foods and you can just buy the muffin top. Which IMO is the best part.

I've never heard of Vita Muffins but I go to GNC and get their Women's Formula Multi. It's a white bottle with red/purple label. It seems to have less fillers and more % of vitamins that women need.

Let me know about those Vita Muffins tho...

I just started using Women's One A Day: Weight Smart but it's only been a few days so I can't really say how it's going. Prior to that I was just taking Women's One A Day and it was pretty good. I also take Glucosamine to help my knees and that's fantastic!!!
