It's Tuesday. Wednesday in some places prehaps.


It's Tuesday in my world.


Who is going to stay OP today?


I have had a Bannana, 2pts


Snack Well's Low Carb Snack Bar (way yummy), 2pts


I am having some vegetarian black bean soup today from Panaera, 2pts


& a sour dough roll. 3pts


Not sure about dinner yet. I am sure something quick like some tuna fish or something along those lines. I may skip the gym tonight I have a tun of running around to do.


Tell me guys are ya gonna behave today??????

Well, I did great yesterday! And I woke up this morning and realized I hadn't had one thing w/sugar in it yesterday! Woot! Hadn't even missed it.

so, to day so far has been cereal and fruit. Lunch will be soup and either salad or fruit...don't know about dinner.

And yes, Im gonna behave today. Ive had two great days in a row and Im not ready to throw in the towel yet. For lunch Im gonna have leftoever tenderloin from last night and a salad. Then for dinner, I might make a new recipe I have....I think its like a thai salad or something. I should strap on my shoes today and go walking....

Hey Jodi, I even got in some exercise this morning! Not the likes that you do, but a walk is a start for this "still feel sick" chick!

I am super sore today. I think I over did it at the gym and with the Marathon this weekend. I am really tired.


So I am going to do two of my Pilates videos at home tonight.


I want to do something, but am pretty sure I am not up for another run at the gym.
