Good Morning! I hope each of you days have started well and happy.

I do apologize for not answering posts sooner. Though I am single and do not have my own family yet, I am rather busy. I am an executive assistant for 4 VP's and they are very much in need of help for the majority of the day.

I have not decided on a plan to answer one of the questions. I am trying to decided which is best for me. I am not fond of the Atkins, Weight Watchers, ect. only because they do not fit me. I don't like restrictions that are not willingly done. I have thought about cutting back on portions, counting calories, and making sure all 4 food groups are included everyday. I am also contemplating joining Curves by my home.

I have also noticed there is another Longhorn fan on the site. I must say HOOK EM!!!!

I hope your day continues to go well.

Good morning! Im sure you will come up with a plan that will suit you...if its not WW or Atkins or set programs like that, then you can create your own. I know that several here are doing just that and being successful with it. I hope that you also have a wonderful day. I dont have much planned today...just gonna go walking with my dogs and putz around the house today.

Hi there! I don't know if anyone had mentioned yet,but if you're considering counting calories,an awesome site(that Rely imformed me of),is www.fitday.com .It's free and shows you how many calories your comsuming and where those calories are coming from,ie:fat, protein, carbs.I just started posting back on it...and it's really shown me that my portions were to big.You can also track exercise, goal weight, and journal if you want.
