does anyone have any workout suggestions -particularly ones that have worked for you? So far, I've just been walking on the treadmil, and I find it really boring. Every now and then I do some yoga -which is hard to do, but I do work up a sweat and really feel the effects in the morning... which I really like. But not sure if it's doing the job.
Has anyone had good results with the Balance Ball, Tae Bo -or any other workout routine out there??

But I also walk to work (30 minutes each way), take belly dancing once a week (I LOVE IT), do power walks outdoors every weekend and am looking into taking boxing in the winter.
I like yoga for the stretches but I need a cardio workout to get me moving and work up an ugly sweat.

The great thing about being in the water, I am burning calories by moving and the body burns more calories to keep warm in the cold water!
