OK here it is! I know that Kristrin and Brenda are on board. You two said that you needed some support and a friendly boost, so I expect to see your journals here. And if you see me falling behind or not posting mine...then you guys can kick my butt too. If I dont get here in the morning to start it, then someone is welcome to start it for us.

I am counting WW points and keeping track of my exercise. I might even talk about how my day went and why I messed up if I did.

Thursday--WW range 22-27 points

Breakfast-

coffee with cream-1

small wheat bagel w/ butter-3

Lunch-

6 buffalo wings- no idea

potato wedges- no idea

Dinnner-

bowl of homemade chili-4

crackers-1

banana-2

Snacks-

latte-4

orange-1

Postitives: I actually ate a breakfast...*gasp* I walked and partly ran over a mile today too. I was walking right along and decided to start jogging. I did well for a few blocks, then walked a block and then ran another. So I was pretty proud since it was something I didnt plan. But Im not happy with the spur of the moment decision to go have buffalo wings with my mom.

Negatives: Not near enough veggies today and a poor choice for lunch.

Hi!

Okay... journal! I am on pacific time...so, I might not be up as early as everyone else (ever! ha). I am doing a sb thing(low carbish, low fatish) and at this point, it doesnt matter much anymore, nothing is working well.

Today: omelet w. zuchini and skim mozzarella, tomatoes

30 pistachios

chicken and stirfry veggies

celery and natural peanut butter

brocolli, marinara sauce, skim mozarella

fatfree sugarfee fudgicles (two! YUM!)

Note: despite good intentions... NO EXERCISE! I meant to. Then I had a hissy fit with my boyfriend. And got distracted, and now it is dark out... and I don't wanna. Tomorrow...

As of 11/10/2004 (my 25th birthday!!! and after a lot of pumpkin pie!) I was 245/230/cg199

(this is noticable a LOT more than in the summer. ~sigh~ oh well)

Okay this sounds like fun, can I be in on it too? It sounds like you guys are posting what you had yesterday. I hardly remember what I ate this morning, let alone yesterday. So I'll start tomorrow if that's okay!

Yes, we do want to know! Your not getting off the hook that easy. If I can admit to my horrible lunch then you should be fessing up too. You just remember what you told me...that I could kick your butt if needed (and vice versa). You arent making yourself accountable by not posting your journal Brenda. And there is nothing you could post that would make me dissappointed in you. (((hugs)))

B-1-Fluff filled bismark

L-Mushroom and Swiss burger

Small FF

Med. Pepsi

after work snack-1 Fluff filled bismark (yes he brought me two and he wonders why I am fat.)

S-Turkey sandwich I think. I haven't actually eaten it yet. Won't eat until DH is home.

I have drank my 64 oz of water. For exercise I just spent eight hours on my feet working and vacuumed and picked up some of the house. I still have to fold laundry and keep it moving down the line.

Are you happy? I am embarassed. Today just has not been my day. Tomarrow is a new day. Here's to wishing everyone a better one! Cheers! Hugs, Brenda

No, it doesnt make me happy to know that you had an equally bad day like me. Think Im not embarassed that I just talked you guys into helping me stay on track and here I am eating buffalo wings and crap for lunch? Its very embarassing and due to being embarassed...I wont be posting a bad journal tomorrow.

So it wasnt a good day for us but tomorrow we can and will do better :)

Oh, well here is what went in MY face today...

Whole grain toast with chunky PB and ground flax seeds sprinkled on top, coffee with Splenda and FF Half n' Half for breakfast.

1.5 liters of water

Small apple for a snack

Coffee from Dunkies

Teriyaki steak and ginger broccoli that I made before I came to work. This was a late lunch/early dinner thing.

Plain latte from Dunkies with Splenda.

Two bites of a co-workers pasta with marinara sauce that I snuck when he wasn't looking.

Three runts. One lime, one red, one yellow. Cause they were there.

ANOTHER liter and a half of water.

I will take what I had made for dinner (garlic beef with red bell peppers) and probably eat it for lunch tomorrow. I'll most likely have a snack when I get home cause I just haven't been hungry (until I saw the rotini covered in sauce JUST SITTING THERE).

I'll try harder tomorrow !

Okay this is very unusual for me, but I was running late so I skipped breakfast. And I skipped lunch because I had a TON of work to catch up on. But I did have brunch... a piece of cake! So bad but oh so good. This was for the first of 3 pregnant women at work. I wonder why the only thing they can think of to celebrate ANYTHING is cake? Then tonight we had Chinese (sweet and sour chicken & General Tsao's chicken) and tea cooler. We always eat out on Survivor night, it's a tradition.

LOL I dont think yours is too bad compared to mine! Two bites of pasta and three runts? Runts? They are called runts because they are so tiny! LOL

But if your not happy with your day, then neither am I. So I hope you have a good one tomorrow Amy :)
