I was dying to weigh myself this morning but instead, I pitched my scale in the back of the closet. Im gonna try not to weigh myself for at least a week or so. Im actually feeling a little bit better about my eating and weight. I feel stronger. I think I needed to get a few decent days under my belt before I started feeling better. Its weird, its almost like going through detox or something lol
I dont really have any plans this weekend...just some cleaning today and maybe watch some movies. Rich has to work again but will be home for dinner he said. The rerun for Desperate Housewives comes on tonight....woot! I missed last week's due to Tina being here.

Did a health fair today we drew about 615 people. I drew over 100 by myself in 3 1/2 hours. My back is killing me! I need to clean house since I worked all week. Yuck!

mmmn, chicken tacos. This journal is making me realize I am eating the same things, every day. ha ha. I am boring ;)

salad with chicken on it, guacamole, mozzarella, and a couple black beans,and diet coke. I went out for lunch to this fun market area in the harbour of vancouver...;) it is sunny outside!!!
lemon fish and stirfry w. broccoli, zuchini, onion
and might make this ricotta creme thing but I need to buy some cocoa powder. It is ricotta, sweetener liquid, a shot of espresso or coffee, cocoa powder. To be similar to tirimisu I guess.

French onion soup - gonna healthy it up, using olive oil to sautee the onions, and whole grain bread instead of white French.
snacks:
I have no junk food in the house so it will probably be low fat curry dip that I made myself with celery sticks and baby carrots.
exercise:
25 minutes elliptical (280 calories burned)
7 minutes treadmill (5.0-5.5mph)
upper body - pecs and upper back (I bench pressed 45 pounds for the first time ever today)
abs/stretch
