I was wondering if there was anyone who doesn't journal...on purpose. I have tried the no journal route and it didnt work for me. Instead of losing, I gained.

I don't journal. I know I should, but I hate doing it. I know I probably should have when I was in my plateau (that I HOPEFULLY have broken out of), but I didn't do it. I guess it's a habit I've never been able to get into. I'm glad that it works for you :)

Well I guess you are proof that you dont have to journal to lose. I know I have to and I know that most people do. Your lucky Linda! You must really have things under control, really watch your portions and plan. If I dont write it down then I forget about the nibbles or snacks that I had and that stuff adds up.

Ok, thank you for the response...wonder if others have been successful like you :)

Actually, I don't watch portions and plan nearly as much as I should. I guess I was just so bad before that the small changes that I did make made a difference. But I do see the weight loss slowing down (as my 2 month plateau shows) so I know I need to make more changes. If I can't get it going again, I think I will have to start journaling.

So, what about everyone else?
