Doh! I almost forgot! I was starting to think of what I was gonna do for lunch and remembered to make the post :)

Breakfast-

Lunch-

1 c chicken noodle soup-2

bacon, tomato, 2% cheese sandwich-4

1 small apple-1

Dinner-

3 ozs grilled garlic salmon-3 (in recipe section)

cabbage-0

WW potato au gratin-3

1/3 c mac n cheese-3

Snacks-

1 tomato-0

1 servings Ruffles light potato chips-1

Ww muffin-3

1.5 cup 1% milk-3
