Well it's semi decent here today but I thought I would have a happy title! LOL.
It has been raining here in MI for about a week now. Cold, and just icky in general. We are hoping to see some warmer temps by the end of the week. I would like to get outside and run again.
So as some of you know I work out at Bally Total Fitness. I took a group of women under my wing who had asked me to help them in their workouts. They like some of us had 100+ #s to loose. They are very nice women and I really enjoy talking and working with them.
Last night we had a room scheduled with a bunch of elliptical machines where I could help them get going on those. We did that for an hour. When I started at Bally's I could use it for 10 mins. So even I doing an hour is tough and I have been at it.
I was so proud of them. Some of them needed a break and I said sure, just keep moving, go slower or with less resistance. They all did a fantastic job! We did, about 20 mins of a cool down and abs.
After the "class" one of the ladies approached me and said that she had been watching me in the gym for almost 6 months now. Watching how I pushed myself, me on the treadmill with newspapers under it to catch all the sweat. Watching me cry because me knee hirt so bad but wanting to be prepared for the marathon I kept going. She said she just wanted to tell me she was proud of me. Jesus I almost died. It was so sweet.
She also asked me, to not go easy on her. I can't push people it is just not me. So I agreed to get a sheet of poster board. WE would all get a before photo and a current photo and a wish for where we will be in the future.
We are going to hang it :)
I am sticking to program and really trying this week. I lost 3#s last week.
70 more to go!

We're all so proud of you, we know you can lose the last 70#.
Keep going and keep motivating!
