Well, once again, Im on a roll. This is like day five of eating pretty decent. I havent weighed in 3 days and Im gonna continue not to weigh. I want to tell a difference in my clothes first and then in a few weeks or so, weigh myself and get a surprise! First goal is to just get below 190, I think I can handle it. I havent eaten out in the last four days...and for you guys that know me, that is a good thing! Im totally addicted to fast food. I have been trying to get in some exercise, veggies and water. I know its not perfect and I dont expect perfection from myself. Im just happy that Im journaling each day, coming close to my point range and feeling better about myself right now :) Count the small blessings too guys!

So that is my update and I think its a pretty good one concidering Ive also quit smoking too!

Btw, thank you to those who are journaling with me. I appreciate that you are putting yourself out there, that you are helping me and I also dont have to feel silly for being the only one to post their journal each day. Not sure how long I will continue to post my journal and you can cut out anytime you want of course. But right now, its helping me, so I will stick with it.

Hallo! Just reading your post as I have to go edit and add chocolate chips to yesterdays journal...ha ha. I like it ;) I am going to keep going with it, I have noticed improvements for myself also and it is really helping me to get over my post food-sneaker issues. he he. Also a pleasure to post w. you!
