am avoiding gym until I stop feeling liquid but am going for a walk.

B/F: 1 Yoplait yogurt: Harvest Peach
Snack: 1 Fat Free chocolate/vanilla pudding cup
Lunch: Cucumbers and Tomato, 1 C. Chili w/ cheese
Snack: 1 Blueberry Muffin
